Dan Powers is a policy and research advocate, writer, speaker and convener and Executive Director for both CO-LABS and the Society for Science at User Research Facilities (SSURF). Dan has been Managing Director of EER since 2019.
Lazar Gintchin, CTO
Lazar Gintchin is an experienced agile technology leader with a multifaceted skill set that spans the realms of Technology Vision, Strategy, and Architecture. He has successfully overseen the end-to-end journey from concept to launch for various SaaS products, including mobile and web. With over 20 years of experience and various leadership roles he has both led engineering teams and brought alignment with their business stakeholders.

Joshua Putterman, Former CEO
Joshua Putterman was an international development finance risk specialist. He served as an Operations and Research Officer with the World Bank from 1995 to 1999, and held research positions with the Financial Times Energy Group and Platts before starting his consultancy JPIA in 2003. Joshua founded EER with Thomas Jagger in 2014.
Thomas Jagger, PhD, Former CIO
Thomas Jagger was a theoretical statistician and research scientist in extreme weather climatology and risk analysis. Research Lead and PhD Advisor, Florida State University.
